Nominated leader of the illegal housing Inspection team in the Almanzora Valley, builds and sells ellegal houses. Local Mayor sees no problems in this.

The Junta de Andalucia condoned the rampant development and have enjoyed the huge financial benefits, they have been the primary motivators of these property scandals.
Having been caught out, they respond in a typical tyrannical manner, terrorizing the weakest in their community. These callous and ruthless beings in power have been ordering uniformed police, presumably armed, to knock on elderly peoples doors, with the warnings, that their lives are about to come to an end, “the feared demolition order”, how twisted and bitter to carry this out just before Christmas. What excuse do the police have, “we are only carrying out our orders”
Had these buffoons at the Junta done the work they had been so handsomely paid for, none of this would be taking place.
These terrorists at the Junta must and should be taken to task for their criminal activities, ruining the lives of so many and bringing so much shame on the whole of Spain

Steve Jonas, a naive comment, “didn´t they check before they bought”.
In Spain, property purchased yesterday, checked out with reputable independent lawyers and one hundred percent correct documentation can and quite often is redesignated as illegal the following day and served with demolition orders.
Many of the victims, intelligent professionals, lawyers, police officers, doctors and politicians.
So, Steve Jones the demolition order in the post may be for your house, sleep well.

Maybe he should also write a book about how many local and foreign people here with homes that are still not “legal” !
But;
Have paid for building licenses !
Are paying the local taxes for the homes and the land each year!
Is registered in the town hall in that “illegal” house, so that the town hall can get more aid from the government, due to having more people registered ! (schools, hospitals, fire stations etc etc !)
We vote in the same town hall each year !
Our children are born there and go to school in that same town !
But our homes are still not LEGAL ?
But it is not 1 or 2 ….but 10´s of thousands all over and they the government, is still getting away with it !!
When will EUROPE really get INVOLVED in this !!
