Noisy neighbour kicked out

A noisy neighbour has been kicked out of his house for three years by a Cadiz judge.

Judge Pablo Sanchez said neighbours’ complaints of loud music through the night were “totally justified”.

Alberto Garcia’s third floor flat, 3 Calle Escalzos, played the music and the radio full volume.

Police had taped up his music system and given several warnings and city hall measured the volume as illegal.

The three year expulsion is the maximum possible and Garcia is appealing.
