  1. I find your headline unnecessarily vulgar and offensive in a family newspaper.
My 6-year old daughter Chardonnay Beyonce embarrassed me by asking: Daddy, what’s a wet dream?

  2. Well Gresham, every adult has the right to do what they want. But I BET when your Daughter, Chardonnay Beyonce is in her pre, teen and early adult years (when they want to be just like everyone around them) she’ll probably ask her friends to just call her CB and wonder why/how her loving parents gave her that name… Chardonnay Beyonce!
Why not something sensible like “Brooklyn” or “Hoboken” or “Weehawken 7” ?? As one Dad to another – Good Luck!

  3. Gresham – I forgot to add HOW Daughters “get back” at parents in a socially acceptable way… they “MUST” attend private (read: expensive) schools and colleges (Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Stanford… to major in Art History) and eventually have THE MOST expensive wedding to some guy who majored in Underwater Basket Weaving. Then starts Dad’s contribution to purchase a house for the expected, “growing family” in a nice/safe (read:expensive, again!)area, replacement of the “old college auto” since it’s OLD and an
embarrassment to them with neighbors.. ad infinitum/nauseum.
Suggestion: NOW get a second and maybe, third job – avoid sleep! and save/invest every penny you can… because you lovingly named her Chardonnay Beyonce… now
    Mrs.CB Magilicutty !

  4. We’ve already put her name down for Cheltenham Ladies College. We were going to name her after the town where she was conceived, but Wagga Wagga wouldn’t have done her too many favours.
