Over 1,000 stolen baby cases in Spain

MORE than 1,000 cases are now being investigated in Spain’s so-called ‘stolen babies’ scandal.

The Attorney General confirmed that measures are being introduced to coordinate the nationwide investigation, which will include 86 cases in Malaga.

He added that due to the length of time that has passed – some cases will have to be archived due to a lack of proof.

It comes as dozens of families who believe they were victims staged a protest outside Malaga’s Judicial courts.
