Of cause she has feelings of guilt because she is guilty. And why is it when people like her do wrong they always blame things that happened in their childhood….what a joke!! She should have thought about the outcome before she abused her position sheesh…doesn’t it make you sick!!!

Wonder if it would be possible to get a second opinion? An independent one.

She cost us a lot of money defending a claim that she ordered neighbours off her land with official H o C notepaper, but never apologized or paid costs when we produced said document…depressed? So are we!

A serious medical condition, which news of the unfitness to stand trial and a bottle of Champagne should cure.

There should be an independent medical second opinion and she should be made to stand in court and admit she has done wrong and she should be made to pay the news paper the money it cost them to produce the said document. She abused her position and now she is trying to hide behind it.

There have been three concurring opinions, one for the prosecution. You can read the judgment at: “http://www.judiciary.gov.uk/Resources/JCO/Documents/Judgments/r-v-moran-fitness-to-plead.pdf”

Joe Doe: Yeah, ‘course we can. Makes no odds anyway, whoever heard of shoplifters, dealers, fraudsters, muggers, thieves of any stripe, being able to escape justice because they are very upset?

You got caught woman – so now get up and face the consequences of your actions. IF you are not guilty then it will be proved in court so what the hell are you worried about? As a tax payer, I am glad you got caught out, but I repeat IF you are not guilty what are you worried about.
Politicians of all parties are quick enough to point the finger of blame at other using the shield of HoC to do so, now the finger is pointed AT YOU LADY – sort it out ASAP
