Ferran Adria set to launch a gastronomic encyclopedia

WORLD renowned chef Ferran Adria is set to launch a gastronomic encyclopedia.

The so-called Bullipedia aims to share Adria’s experience in the kitchen and serve as an online resource for all things food-related.

The project, which forms part of an agreement between the chef’s elBulli foundation and Telefonica, has been defined by the Catalan chef as ‘the digital home of everything we know about taste’.

It will offer free access to content much like Wikipedia.
