THIS year’s Mind, Body and Spirit festival is an absolute must for anyone wishing to discover more about natural health.

Talks and demonstrations will be given every half hour by 18 expert speakers.

Health foods, crystals, jewelry, gifts and chocolate will be on sale on both days.
