FOLLOWING the success of their first concert, Gropo Vocal Lirico have announced their next concert “Arias from Zarzuela” to be held on 22 November 2013 at 8.30pm in the Teatro del Ingenio, San Pedro de Alcantara.
The artists are Maria Rosa Perez, Isabel Canas, Fernando Tuglio Marquez accompanied on the piano by Juan Jesus Peralta Fischer.
Zarzuela is a form of musical theatre similar to French operetta and English comic opera, that was first conceived in Spain with instrumental, vocal, and spoken parts.
The concert will consist of excerpts from different Zarzuelas.
