VIDEO: Virgin falls off float in Alicante Easter procession

FLOAT bearers had to duck as the Virgin de los Dolores fell from her float during a procession in Alicante Province.

The scenes were captured on film by concerned spectators, and published by Spanish daily El Mundo.

She was soon picked up and returned to the float to the applause of the crowd, and suffered only minor damage to the crown.
