New book set to honour British actress Diana Dors

A DEDICATED Diana Dors fan is calling for help to compile a book on the life of the British actress, who spent much time in Spain and Gibraltar.

Ian Payne, from Walsall, is seeking any memories or anecdotes people may remember the Tread Softly Stranger star, who died from cancer in 1984.

“I am hoping my project will be one of the most comprehensive collections of memories relating to Diana Dors’ life and career to date,” he told the Olive Press.
