Expat could lose her eye after Puerto Banus attack

AN expat is at risk of losing her eye after a vicious attack in Puerto Banus.

A 31-year-old Brazilian woman was rushed to hospital after being stabbed nine times in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

Surgeons at the Costa del Sol Hospital in Marbella have now announced the woman could lose her eye, following emergency surgery on Wednesday.

No arrests have been made in connection to the incident and Marbella police are appealing for information.
