ZuckerbergFACEBOOK founder Mark Zuckerberg revealed the secret of his employment policy at a Barcelona talk… and the social media mogul’s ‘one rule’ is surprisingly simple.

Forget glitzy CVs or polished shoes, Zuckerberg looks for something more rounded when interviewing prospective employees.

“I will only hire someone to work directly for me if I would work for that person,” Zuckerberg told an audience at Barcelona’s Mobile World Congress.

“It’s a pretty good test and I think this rule has served me well.”

The 30-year-old Facebook chief executive is estimated to be worth €32bn and his company employs a workforce of 55,000.

  1. So he only hires people with no “Social Conscience”. This monster that has made him a billionaire has caused the deaths of thousands of people, children bullied in such a way that they take their own life. People wrongly accused and get their life ruined or beaten up. Nearly 50% of marriages FB was cited as a cause. Burglars use an app to search for people going on holidays so they know who and when to target. Riots organised and carried out via FB with millions of pounds of damage done.
If Facebook was a weapon it would have to be licensed but it is seen as a safe environment and has been let loose on an unsuspecting world.
Facebook …. One of the worse things ever released for public use and one of the most dangerous tools that is available to the masses.
And he still smiles that smile with thousands of deaths under his belt

  2. FB is a product of the internet and would have appeared in some form with or without Zuckerberg.. Though personally not a user, finding it a silly waste of time and privacy, nevertheless it is absurd to accuse this. person of chaos and mass murder. Might as well blame Einstein for Hiroshima.

  3. I agree but he still does not do anything about it’s problems, he thinks he has invented the best thing ever on the internet. Anyone can make a fake profile and destroy a young person and let them self harm or worse with impunity. A way of signing up using a passport or debit card to add some way of tracing offenders would be better, if they think they will get caught they don’t do it.

Bad idea since then FaceBook would capture even more information about people. The best thing a young person can do with FaceBook, and indeed all social media, is bin it immediately and not get involved. Btw, you can buy stolen debit card details online very easily, so that won’t work either.
