MARBELLA property magnate Alan Sugar’s bank account has broke the £1 billion mark for the first time.

SugarSitting pretty as the 101st richest person in Britain, according to the Sunday Times rich list, the Hackney entrepreneur is currently on the hunt for a new Spanish retreat after offloading his luxury beachside pad in Marbella for a tidy €11 million.

According to sources, the 68-year-old Apprentice star is currently weighing up his options on the Costa del Sol as well as looking across the pond to Florida for his next sun-kissed holiday home.

  1. Whilst I think Guzmans in De La Torre do a reasonably priced lunch Irene I’m not sure it would appeal to Sugar. You have to feel sorry for him though, he’s missing out on so much.

  2. @Mike, not bad for Sir Alan “your fired” who started the road of success by chopping fire wood and selling them around his neighborhood at 6 pence (old money) a bundle. Mike, strange, what do you think he is missing, certainly not success. Just a thought.
