CONVERSION RATE UPDATE: GBP/EUR rate advances to 1.44

THE pound to euro rate momentarily peaked at 1.44 today after the a Bank of England meeting forecast a revision of rates in August.

The exchange rate is currently sitting at 1.42.

The British pound is experienced a seven-year high against the Euro this week, which is reported to be as a result of the unpredictable situation in Greece.
