HE started off in the kitchen with his grandmother and now a Gibraltar chef can be seen cooking on-screen all over the world.
Entrepreneur Justin Bautista, 25, hosts A Gibraltarian Kitchen which combines cookery with history and culture.
“I’m loving every minute, it’s been funny and educational,” he told the Olive Press.
“I would have loved to have had Mama Lottie on screen with me but she wasn’t having any of it!”
Bautista’s Mama Lottie’s cookbook came third in the Gourmand World Cookbook awards 2015.
