POPULAR Spanish fast-food chain Pans & Company is celebrating its 25th birthday with ambitious expansion plans for 2016.
The company, which sells over 20 million bocadillos in Spain annually – 4.4% of the market – plans to open 12 new restaurants this year.
The chain counted 192 restaurants at the end of 2014, of which 132 are in Spain.
Is this what passes for “reporting” these days? It reads as if someone has merely repeated a press release of a small company that most have never heard of.
