Karl SmallmanGIBRALTAR police have stopped a man who allegedly stole a Spanish Guardia Civil car and tried to cross the border.
Dramatic video footage shows police and border officials surrounding the vehicle before the driver was removed from the vehicle.
The incident happened at about 17:00 on Monday, 15 February and the Polish man was handed over to the Spanish and the vehicle was also returned later.
Spanish officials are now investigating why the Guardia Civil vehicle had been left with the keys in the ignition.
