rosemaryNEXT time you’re walking through the campo or down the aisle in Mercadona don’t forget to pick up some peppermint and rosemary.

The two common herbs have been linked to improving memory by researchers at Northumbria university, UK.

Peppermint tea in particular was found to significantly boost memory function, while sniffing rosemary helped older adults to remember future tasks.
