JUNTA head Susana Diaz is facing a Supreme Court trial for allegedly coercing PSOE delegates to abstain in Mariano Rajoy’s investiture vote last month.

The PSOE chief and three other party execs have been denounced for allegedly making threats to MPs if they did not abstain on October 29.

The denuncia against the four was filed by socialist MP José Ignacio Martín Maestro from Aragon.
