Estepona town hall has just 35 admin staff out of almost 1,100 employees

ESTEPONA town hall employs just 35 people to work in admin, despite having over 1000 members of staff.

The region employs 1,096 public employees, of which 164 are civil servants.

Of these, 129 are local police, and just 35 work in admin, making up 3.19% of the workforce.

This comes after the revelation that no one has been hired at City Hall in over a decade, with managers repeatedly being forced to minimise expenditure.
