policia

POLICIA Nacional have arrested 47 people for taking Spanish language exams using false documentation.

Detainees were paid between €1-2000 to pose as foreigners and take exams on behalf of third parties.

The scam involved the defendants taking the DELE A2 exam, which forms part of an internationally recognised diploma accredited by the Ministry of Education.

Prices varied depending on how many parts of the exams had to be taken and on the third parties’ nationality.

Arrests were made in Barcelona, Valencia, Mallorca and Huesca among others.
