AN orange alert for rainfall has been issued in Mallorca.

Spain’s weather agency AEMET has said around 40mm of rain could fall within an hour between now and midnight.

The warning is issued for the whole island.

It comes after devastating floods left at least 10 people dead on the east of the island overnight.

A child is still believed to be missing.
