A POLICE officer was almost left blind last week after being smashed in the face in Torremolinos.
A local police agent in Torremolinos tried to stop a fight on a bar of the Torremolinos area “La Nogalera” last Thursday.
One of the agressors smashed a crystal glass on his face, which almost left him without an eye.
The agent was immediately driven to the hospital, where he got 20 stitches over his face.
The suspects escaped in a Ford, whose plate could be identified thanks to numerous
Finally the police caught them, two Spanish men of 56 and 34 years respectively.
Once the police checked that their physical appearance matched with the description given by the witness, they proceeded with the arrests.
