Cand you setup a SL company to buy and hold properties within? Is this advantageous for example if one wanted to transfer existing Spanish properties into this SL ?

Does a Spanish SL Company have to show company information on company documents, e.g. Contracts, Letterheads and Invoices etc.
Do they need to show a legal Registered Address and Directors on contracts and legal documents?
