A DEAD pensioner saved his best for last when he fooled his family into thinking he was still alive with his “rosy” complexion.
The family of the 70-year-old man, from Lorca, Murcia, called a doctor friend for a second opinion because his face looked too healthy.
“His face was rosy even though he had died several hours earlier – he did not look as he should,” explained one of the duped relatives.
After closer inspection the doctor revealed that the secret behind the man’s healthy look was ironically, despite having suffered a heart attack, his ongoing pacemaker.
“We have been working here for 40 years and we have never had such an experience,” the morgue director said.
Dead healthy!
