Britons arrested for indecency on flight to Spain

Jetaeroplane

TWO British teenagers who exposed themselves while drunk on a flight to Spain could be jailed for a year.

The pair were arrested on arrival in Ibiza after cabin crew accused them of drunken and violent behaviour throughout the three hour Jet2 flight from Newcastle.

The 19-year-olds, named only as Jonathan J.W. and Nicolas S, allegedly showed their genitals to crew members and passengers, which included many families with young children.

Under Spanish law, those found guilty of exposing themselves in front of children face a hefty fine and up to one year behind bars.

  1. Throw them in Spanish Jail for at least one year, then have the Guardia show them to a hotel in Magaluf… room on 9th Fl.
Spain doesn’t need their kind…. nor does the UK.

  2. I think Fred is obsessed with me. He mentions me in almost every article even if I don’t comment. Fred, if you want to meet up for a beer and have a chat then I’ll give you my email (if the admin allows it). If I can get the ok then I’ll post it, you can write and we can go have a few pints and talk in person since I seem to be more of a highlight than the actual article to you. You might find I’m not as exciting as you seem to think.

J Molitor – “Throw them in Spanish Jail for at least one year, then have the Guardia show them to a hotel in Magaluf…Spain doesn’t need their kind…. nor does the UK.”

Doesn’t happen in Spain. If the maximum sentence is less than 3 years it is extremely rare for a person to do any jail time. They’ll pay a fine though.

Why would you want to put them in jail anyway? You want to pay for their food and shelter for a year? Not only authoritarian, but economically irresponsible.

  3. “You might find I’m not as exciting as you seem to think.”

    I knew that already.

“…allegedly showed their genitals to crew members and passengers,”

Well, it beats the in-flight movie.

  4. Fred,
the troll thinks he is ‘exciting’ – no, just an egotistical bore that won’t go away.

aussie sunshine – strange use of the word ‘troll’.

Best to throw them off the high cliffs overlooking Sitges at sunrise like the republicans did with the catholic mafia.

  5. Stuart Crawfrod – “the troll thinks he is ‘exciting’ – no, just an egotistical bore that won’t go away.”

You realize that this individual mentioned me by name before I even posted anything and showed up here, right? This means they thought of me without me even being here. Obviously I was exciting enough to become a topic of discussion before even becoming a part of the discussion.

Pretty sure I would never have commented on an article about Britons exposing themselves on an airplane otherwise.

  6. Dear REALITY, thanks for the comment, but if: “Under Spanish law, those found guilty of exposing themselves in front of children face a hefty fine and up to one year behind bars.”
that means a Judge could give them a 4 Year sentence with one year served in JAIL. Taxpayers should NOT pay more than one year of costs to keep them alive – then ship them to the 9th Floor hotel room in Magaluf! Maybe sell tickets, do a U Tube video, etc and donate the funds to charities.

  7. Dear REALITY – one further detail for the UK intelligent. Using the UK Regulations for Health & Safety… once on the 9th Floor of the Hotel at Magaluf, these 2 Brits would HAVE to be “secured with a stout rope about one part of their body to prevent injury in case of a fall”. I’d suggest a stout rope, around the neck, just below the ears – for security of course.
