US real estate empire Cornerstone set to expand to Spain

US real estate giant Cornerstone has its sights set on Spain as directors plan a European expansion.

After acquiring Germany’s Pamera Asset Management, CEO Charles Weeks has revealed that the company is moving in to Spain, France and Italy.

The property agent was founded in 1994 to manage life insurer MassMutual’s property portfolio and has grown organically since then.

Now one of the world’s largest real estate advisers, Cornerstone offers investment services through open and closed private funds, separate accounts and co-investment programmes.
