Human remains found in Malaga

FORENSIC experts are analysing human remains that were found by a walker in Malaga yesterday.

A suspected hip and femur were uncovered in a field between Campanillas and Puerto de la Torre at around 11am.

Policia Nacional rushed to the scene, but say they found no evidence of a crime.

Forensics are now working to determine the race, sex, age and date of death from the remains.

They are believed to be ‘extremely old’.

It comes a week and a half after a British expat’s dog found a human skull in the Axarquía.

The unidentified Brit, who lives in a finca in Los Romanes, La Viñuela, called police after making the horrific discovery during his daily morning walk.

Authorities are still searching for the rest of the body.
