Mystery as two dead and burned bodies found in abandoned home in Spain

TWO dead bodies have been found in an abandoned home in central Spain.

The gruesome discovery was made in a property in Quintanar de la Orden, near Toledo.

An unnamed man entered the house, often used as shelter by homeless people, and found the bodies yesterday.

The remains were partially burned, investigators said.

Guardia Civil have taken over the investigation while an autopsy is set to be performed today.

Quintanar de la Orden is a town of around 11,000 inhabitants.

It sits 112 kilometers from Toledo and 123 kilometers from Madrid.
