THE son of the world’s most wanted man has claimed political asylum in Spain.

After the UK turned down his request, Omar Osama Bin Laden has now opted for warmer climes.

The son of terrorist chief Osama Bin Laden is being held in Barajas Airport, Madrid, after flying over from Egypt.

The 27-year-old – one of his father’s 19 sons – is waiting in the transit hall of Terminal four with his British wife and grandmother-of-five, previously called Jane Felix-Browne.

According to newspaper El Pais immigration officials are looking to process his application ‘speedily’ before giving a final verdict.

Some seven months ago the terrorist chief’s son was refused asylum to the UK over fears he might still be loyal to his father – boss of Al Qaeda.

He had planned to move to a 570,000 euro home in Moulton, Cheshire with his wife, now called Zaina Aisabah-Bin Laden.
