Granada tourism boosts recovery

ANDALUCIAN tourism has had a huge boost from Granada.

August saw a rise in visitors to the province, up from 9% since last year.

The Ministry of Tourism, who reported the rising popularity in the area, stated that between January and July, the cumulative number of visitors rose by 4.65%.

The figures also show that, in general, Andalucia is a great area to visit and tourist numbers have grown by 5%.
