SMALL businesses in Spain are benefitting from the cheapest loans for two years.
Interest charges on loans of up to €1 million averaged 5.4% in July compared to 6.5% a year ago.
The European Central Bank data is seen by many as being good news for the economy as lending to small and medium businesses is viewed as having a positive impact on local communities.
