CHRISTMAS traditions from across the globe are turning Benalmadena into a festive feast of cultures.

The sixth International Christmas Traditions Market in Arroyo de la Miel will take place at the Plaza Mesquita on December 13, between 11am and 8pm.

Organised by the town hall’s foreigners department, the mix of culture, food and folklore will feature Celtic and Mexican dancers, Welsh singers and the Banana Studios and Danzmania children’s groups.

More than 35% of Benalmadena residents are foreigners, coming from 125 different countries.
