HOMEOWNERS in a Costa del Sol town centre are being ordered to clean up or clear out.

Council letters sent to Casares town centre residents in November warn them to fix dilapidated buildings in the old town or sell them.

Abandoned houses could be forcibly sold if they breach health and safety requirements, with the council planning to meet some homeowners.
