ONE of the smelliest jobs in the world could soon be made obsolete.
The days of donning overalls and heading down man holes is now being left to the machines.
Being trialed in Barcelona, a fleet of cleaning drones are heading underground to clean the city’s vast network of tunnels.
If the ‘sewer drones’ trial up north proves successful it will be wheeled out across the country next year.
