RAFAEL Nadal has spent €9,000 on a hair transplant.

The Spanish tennis star spent ten hours undergoing the Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) procedure at a specialist clinic in Madrid.

Nadal had 4,500 follicles transplanted.

The FUE procedure has a more affordable cost in Turkey, where the average cost for 5,000 grafts is 5,000 EUR.
