15 of 66 defibrillators in Malaga are faulty or have no batteries

defibrillator-paddlesAS many as 15 of Malaga city’s 66 defibrillators are faulty.

A report by the Andalucian Firefighter’s Union discovered that 15 of the town hall’s defibrillators either lacked batteries or had expired.

The report also slammed the town hall for not giving out adequate training to those in charge of checking the life-saving equipment.

The Union is now demanding that the faulty equipment is replaced ‘without delay’.
