Father of 11-year-old mum’s baby in Spain is her teenage BROTHER, but police can’t arrest him

THE father of an 11-year-old girl’s baby is her brother, it has been confirmed.

It comes after the young girl gave birth at a hospital in Arrixaca, Murcia, this weekend.

Police were called to investigate after it was clear the girl, whose parents brought her in complaining of stomach pains, was actually in labour.

The first inquiries indicated that the pregnancy was the result of a relationship with a relative and it has now been confirmed that it is an incestuous relationship between the brother and sister.

A team of the Minors Group of the National Police has gone to the hospital this morning to talk with the minor, of Bolivian nationality, in order to carry out the first investigations.

When the sexual relationship took place, however, the brother was 13, so he cannot be punished under Spanish law because he was under 14 at the time.
