A MAN has been shot and killed while dining on the Costa del Sol.

The victim, believed to be of Arab origin, received two shots to the head and stomach at around 9pm last night.

The shooter entered the Tiki restaurant in Torremolinos with his face covered before opening fire at the victim.

He immediately fled the scene before medical services arrived.

He was seen entering a white van nearby which had been waiting for him with a getaway driver.

Sources said a the van was located and chased by police but they managed to evade the cops.

All signs point to the murder being a ‘settling of accounts’.

The victim was alive when emergency services arrived.

He was taken to hospital but did not survive from his injuries.
