POLICE in Spain have launched an investigation after a British teenager came forward to say she had been raped but was unable to identify her attacker.
The alleged attack took place in Magaluf and the girl has undergone a medical examination at Son Espases hospital in Palma.
The young woman has reportedly been unable to provide police with details of the attack or give a detailed description of her attacker.
Police face a difficult challenge given the sheer number of people who will have been at the popular resort over the weekend.
The police investigation continues.
