SPAIN and former Aston Villa star Antonio Luna has been told he could be jailed for five years over his appearance in a ‘threesome’ film.
The Valencian defender, 28, who joined the Premier League side in 2013, is accused of shooting a sex video with a young woman without her consent.
He and his Eibar team mate Sergi Enrich, 29, filmed the tape in April 2016, before the footage went viral in October of the same year.
The woman can be heard pleading not to be filmed in the footage, which was captured by another Eibar star, Eddy Silvestre, 27.
The footballers in the video could now be sent down for their actions, after a request by the prosecution in Gipuzkoa, northern Spain.
They have already been charged with filming intimate images without consent and distributing them on the internet.
The players had originally apologised for their actions on Twitter, as they said sorry ‘for the damage that may result from the disclosure of the video to the third person involved’.
Despite the scandal, Eibar chose to remain silent on the issue, while the club’s coach Jose Luis Mendilibar did drop Enrich and Luna from his side.
