WATCH: Driver in Spain is caught on camera eating his dinner with a spoon while travelling at 130km/hr – while another is caught brushing their teeth

THIS is the moment a driver in Spain was caught on camera eating his dinner while travelling at 130km/hr.

The shocking footage shared by the country’s traffic authority (DGT), shows the individual using a spoon to tuck into his meal while bombing down a road in Valencia.

The DGT shared a number of clips of bizarre infractions after handing out 9,179 fines between October 9 and 15.

The majority of sanctions were for people using their phones at the wheel or not wearing a seatbelt.

However there were a few more odd incidents, including a man using mobile phones in both his hands while driving in Sevilla.

Elsewhere, in Valladolid, a man was seen brushing his teeth while behind the wheel.

Anyone caught using their phone while driving loses six points on their licence.

The DGT said some 1,200 drivers were caught driving under the influence, with 900 having taken drugs.
