THURSDAY, March 26 marked a defining moment for Gibraltar’s evolving urban landscape, as Elysium Bayside officially broke ground in a ceremony that brought together senior government officials, business leaders, and key figures behind the development.
The landmark event was attended by Chief Minister Fabian Picardo, government ministers, and a number of international guests and industry leaders.
Among the VIP attendees were: Mr. Tung Nguyen, Regional Chairman and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ROX Group, Ms. Loc Tran, Chief Executive Officer of TNG Global Realty and ROX Living Global, Mr. Adrian Olivero, Chief Executive Officer of TNG Global Foundation, and Mr. Thanh Tran, Chairman of Delta Group, the main constructor responsible for the basement works of Elysium Bayside.
A key highlight of the ceremony was the official groundbreaking moment, when the Chief Minister, Ministers, and VIP representatives from the development and construction teams came together to symbolically break ground on the site.
