A CHEAP prefabricated home has gone on sale in Spain for just €8,000 tempting many buyers towards stung by a soaring housing market.
The Generic brand is selling the modular property through Amazon for €8,447.
It includes two bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen as standard.
The compact home offers flexible layouts, allowing buyers to customize the space to suit their needs.
According to the manufacturer, alternative layouts can include up to 5 bedrooms.

One of the biggest selling points is the ready-to-use bathroom, which comes fitted with a toilet, sink, mirror, washing machine and a screened walk-in shower.
