A TEENAGER was rushed to hospital after a late-night smash involving a motorbike and a car on the Costa del Sol.
Emergency crews raced to the scene in Benalmadena, in Malaga province, after the collision on Calle Luis Cernuda at around 10.20pm on Tuesday.
The 17-year-old biker was treated at the scene before being taken to Benalmadena’s Hospital de Alta Resolucion. The severity of his injuries has not yet been disclosed.
Police have launched an investigation into the crash, but have not revealed what may have caused the collision.
The road was temporarily affected as emergency services dealt with the incident, before traffic resumed shortly afterwards.
