PRIMAVERA Sound Barcelona has unveiled a jaw-dropping line-up for its 25th anniversary, with some of the biggest names in music heading to the Catalan capital next summer.

The 2027 edition of the iconic festival will feature a dazzling roster of superstars, including legendary British duos Massive Attack and The Chemical Brothers.

Also stepping up to the stage will be English singer-songwriter FKA Twigs, as well as Catalan wunderkind Bad Gyal.

The five-day event will take place from June 2 to 6, with the main festival running from June 3 to 5 at Barcelona’s Parc del Forum.

A total of 151 artists and bands have been announced, continuing Primavera Sound’s tradition of bringing together major international stars with alternative and emerging acts.

American rapper Doechii will make her Spanish festival debut, while Phoebe Bridgers will return to Barcelona with music from her latest era.

Irish post-punk favourites Fontaines D.C. will also take to the stage, alongside rock acts including Turnstile, Pavement, Dinosaur Jr and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard.

Electronic music fans are also in for a treat, with Skrillex, Underworld, BICEP, Arca and Joy Orbison among the names on the bill.

FKA twigs, Robyn, Lola Young, Tinashe and Caroline Polachek are also among the major acts announced for the festival.

Massive Attack will meanwhile finally make their Primavera Sound debut after their planned 2026 appearance was cancelled because of severe weather.

The festival will kick off on June 2 with an opening day, followed by the three main days at Parc del Forum before an electronic music event brings the celebrations to a close on June 6.

The closing Primavera Bits event will feature DJs Richie Hawtin, Four Tet and Dixon across an eight-hour electronic programme.

Primavera Sound has also promised additional events and programming around Barcelona throughout the week, with more details still to be announced.

Early ticket sales are already underway, with general sale beginning on October 9.

General weekend passes cost €350, while VIP tickets are priced at €545.

Residents of the Barcelona metropolitan area can also claim a 10% discount on weekend passes.
