Peaceful protest march announced
March 1, 2010 • Andalucia, Malaga • 5 Comments
A PEACEFUL protest march has been organised calling for the legalisation of homes across Andalucia.
With nine Albox homes set to be demolished by April 9, lobby groups SOHA and AUAN are spearheading the demonstration in Malaga.
“Our voices have to be heard, not only in the EU Parliament, but in every town hall here in Spain.”
The march is scheduled for March 17, with the guest speaker unveiled as Marta Andreasen – who famously criticised Prime Minister Jose Luis Zapatero’s inaction.
“There are many people working on this in the background, and everyone should know that we are campaigning for everyone affected by this unjust and immoral situation,” said an AUAN spokesperson.
“Our voices have to be heard, not only in the EU Parliament, but in every town hall here in Spain.”
The protest will begin at 12pm and the one-kilometre route is planned to take demonstrators through a popular pedestrianised area.
AUAN are organising coaches set to depart from the following locations in Almeria: Albox, Arboleas and Partaloa.

I think it is absolutely a disgrace that it has come to this. I feel everyone should rally behind SOHA and the other organisations demonstrating and give their support.

Agh, Yet Another Property portal (YAPP for short). Is there no end to them? Who hasn’t got a property website?
