Gibraltar gets a glimpse of the world’s largest superyacht

CHELSEA owner Roman Abramovich recently treated Gibraltar to a glimpse of his latest toy, the world’s largest superyacht, Eclipse.

The 162metre nine-deck vessel refuelled at Ocean Village.

Costing 357m euros, it has an anti-paparazzi electronic laser shield, armour plating and a missile-detection system.

Other features include a three man submarine, space for two helicopters and a 16 metre swimming pool that turns into a dancefloor.
