IT will not go down as his favourite hit, after Boyzone star Mikey Graham was forced to sell his Andalucia home for well under the asking price.
The Irish singer ‘took a hit’ of €100,000 after selling his Axarquia property for just €215,000 last week.
To add to injury, the sale INCLUDED the furniture – and even one of his guitars.
“Ultimately I think he was just happy to get some money back,” said agent Tim Whiteley.
A sale price is always AGREED between the Buyer and Seller – so who “forced” him to sell for less than he wanted ?
In todays market depending on when he bought, that loss is not bad, he surely must be a multi millionaire with all those record sales.
