Spain triumphs again as top summer holiday destination for Europeans

EUROPE has spoken.

And Spain has triumphed, yet again, as the top holiday destination for Europeans planning to splash their cash in 2015.

We may not agree on everything, but the British, French, Italians, Dutch and Swedish are all heading to Spain this summer.

And with 10% of Spaniards having never ventured abroad for holidays the beaches will be buzzing.

YouGov quizzed almost 8,000 Europeans on their summer plans and the French came leaders with 28% heading to the Costa.
